Samosa & Company was born in São Paulo as a project driven by passion. When Chef Deepali Bavaskar and her husband Vijay decided to remain in the city to raise their children, they transformed a personal choice into a greater purpose: bringing the flavors, soul, and hospitality of India to Brazil. More than a restaurant, they built a cultural legacy, becoming pioneers in the popularization of Indian cuisine in the country, always honoring their roots while embracing innovation.
What began as a family catering service evolved into a benchmark restaurant, recognized for its authenticity, consistency, and welcoming atmosphere. Dishes inspired by Indian home-style cooking, featuring balanced spices and accessible flavors, created strong connections with diverse audiences. Today, Samosa & Company expands its operations into the ship chandler and vessel supply segment, delivering onboard food services with the same care, standards, and identity that have always defined us.
