Samosa & Company was born in São Paulo as a project driven by passion. When Chef Deepali Bavaskar and her husband Vijay decided to remain in the city to raise their children, they transformed a personal choice into a greater purpose: bringing the flavors, soul, and hospitality of India to Brazil. More than a restaurant, they built a cultural legacy, becoming pioneers in the popularization of Indian cuisine in the country, always honoring their roots while embracing innovation.

What began as a family catering service evolved into a benchmark restaurant, recognized for its authenticity, consistency, and welcoming atmosphere. Dishes inspired by Indian home-style cooking, featuring balanced spices and accessible flavors, created strong connections with diverse audiences. This journey established solid expertise in food production, quality control, and food logistics, now enabling the same level of excellence to extend beyond land-based operations.

Today, Samosa & Company expands its operations into the ship chandler and vessel supply segment, delivering onboard food services with the same care, standards, and identity that have always defined us. We believe that food in the maritime environment should offer more than nourishment—it should provide comfort, well-being, and cultural connection for multinational crews. In this way, our story continues, now navigating new routes without losing sight of its origins.
